💌 1. Membership Overview

Moonpost Society is a monthly subscription that sends members exclusive art prints, handwritten notes, and small creative surprises through physical mail (for applicable tiers) or digital downloads.

Each month represents a new, themed creation, personally crafted and fulfilled by Holly Dai.

🕯️ 2. Membership Tiers

  • Apprentice Tier ($8/month): 1 exclusive mini print or postcard + handwritten spell or note.

  • Coven Tier ($13/month): All Apprentice benefits + monthly extra (sticker, mini print, or charm).

  • High Priestess Tier ($17/month): All Coven benefits + bonus artwork and personal thank-you note.

Benefits are subject to minor variation depending on materials, postal limitations, or seasonal themes.

🌙 3. Billing & Renewal

  • Subscriptions are processed securely through Appstle

  • Charges renew automatically each month unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • You may cancel anytime through your Appstle account; no future payments will be collected after cancellation.

📦 4. Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Physical mailings are sent once per month, generally between the 1st–15th of each cycle.

  • Shipping is included in your membership price unless otherwise stated.

  • Please ensure your mailing address is current and complete; Holly Dai Art is not responsible for items returned due to incorrect addresses.

  • Replacement or reshipment may be offered at the artist’s discretion if items are lost or damaged in transit.

🔮 5. Refunds & Cancellations

Because each piece is handmade and mailed individually, refunds cannot be offered once a package is prepared or shipped.
Cancellations must occur before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

🖤 6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, and written materials created by Holly Dai Art remain the property of the artist.
You may display or share images of your received art for personal enjoyment, but commercial reproduction, resale, or digital redistribution is strictly prohibited.

🌕 7. Digital Downloads (if applicable)

For digital tiers or downloads:

  • Files are for personal use only and may not be resold, altered, or distributed.

  • Unauthorized sharing or posting of full-resolution files violates copyright.

✨ 8. Community Conduct

Members of Moonpost Society are expected to uphold respectful and inclusive behavior across all communications.
Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory language will result in immediate removal from membership without refund.

🌙 9. Modifications to the Terms

Holly Dai Art reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Significant changes will be communicated through Ko-fi announcements or email.

Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
